What's included — and what isn't
- Cleaning, supplies, maintenance, and repairs are separate owner costs unless a written quote says otherwise.
- Maintenance work follows the approval limit set in your co-hosting agreement — anything above that gets your go-ahead first.
- No surprise StayAnchor management charges outside the signed quote. If it isn't in your agreement, we don't bill for it.
- You remain the host of record on Airbnb / VRBO and keep platform payouts.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the host of record?
You are. StayAnchor co-hosts alongside you on Airbnb or VRBO — the listing, the account, and the platform payouts stay with you.
What does the percentage apply to?
The plan percentage applies to each completed booking's nightly revenue. Cleaning fees, taxes, damage deposits, and platform fees are not part of the percentage.
How do cleaners and vendor costs work?
StayAnchor coordinates cleaners and vendors. Cleaning, supplies, maintenance, and repairs are separate owner costs unless your written quote says otherwise. If you already have a cleaner or maintenance crew you love, we'll happily use them.
How do repair approvals work?
We follow the approval limit set in your co-hosting agreement. Anything above that limit gets your approval before work is scheduled.
What area do you serve?
West Texas. If you're outside that area, still reach out — we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
What about contract and termination terms?
All contract, notice, and termination details are confirmed in the written co-hosting agreement before you sign. No hidden lock-in.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The property review is free and has no obligation. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you.
Prefer a conversation first?
