Privacy Policy

StayAnchor ("we," "us") is a Texas Airbnb and VRBO co-hosting business. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It applies to stayanchortx.com and to owners who work with us through this site.

Information we collect

  • Public lead information you submit through the site — name, email, phone number, city or area, and short notes about your property or goals.
  • Account and profile data when you create an owner account — name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), and any profile details you choose to add.
  • Property information you share once we begin working together — address, listing links, cleaner/vendor contacts, and other operational details necessary to co-host your property.
  • Authenticated operational information such as messages, notes, invoices, and coordination records tied to your account.

Please do not share sensitive property access details (door codes, Wi-Fi passwords, alarm codes, spare-key locations) through the public contact form. Provide those only after signing in through the secure owner workflow.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule property reviews, prepare written quotes, coordinate day-to-day operations once engaged, provide customer support, keep records for tax and legal purposes, and improve our services.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the site and our operations:

  • Lovable Cloud — website hosting and backend infrastructure.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Google Workspace — email and productivity tools.

Each provider processes information only as needed to deliver their service and under their own terms.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their marketing.

Access and security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@stayanchortx.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Children

StayAnchor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
